Is GEO safe to use anywhere on your body?

With GEO safety is our number one priority above all else. Even though Graphene will not burn you with the soft subtle feel of the heat, we have added a few safety features. We added the 2-hour shut-off timer with the temperature limiter to give you the peace of mind you will be safe when you use GEO.

 

How hot can GEO get?

GEO works in approx. of 3 ranges of temperature HIGH (105F-114F), MEDIUM (99F-104F), LOW (93F-98F). Please note Graphene has natural thermal-regulating properties which means GHeat’s patented Far infrared heat technology works in ranges depending on the conditions around you and adapts to your body’s temperature. With that said may it be summer or winter GEO can be used anytime and anywhere.

Will the adhesive cause any irritation?

GEO's adhesive strips only uses quality hypoallergenic medical grade material. Also, our silicone adhesive is sweat resistant. With our medical grade material even if you sweat, our adhesives will still stick on your skin very well.

 

What makes Graphene Heating pad better than traditional sources of Far-Infrared Heat?

Simply put, traditional elements such as Jade and tourmaline are great examples, but they are inconveniently heavy and needs a source of heat to warm up that will take time to heat up. On the other hand, Graphene is a natural element that is super light, flexible, and naturally emits Far infrared heat faster and more effective than traditional elements. This gives GEO the benefits of delivering the highest level of Far-Infrared Heat and the convenience of using GEO anywhere and anytime with the efficiency of cutting down your recovery time.

Do you have a warranty?

We give a limited one-year manufacturing warranty and will repair or replace your GEO or any component found to be defective during the warranty period.

If GEO does not work for me, can I return it used?

Yes, if GEO is not for you, please contact us through our email support@myhilu.com so we can assist you with your return. However, all returns label will be paid by the customers.

Will you be able to offer replacements parts?

Yes! We offer a limited one-year manufacturing warranty, but we will require you to send your GEO back to our service center so we may test for possible defects before repair or replacements are executed.
