Is it safe?

Absolutely safe!

 

Graphene Oxide in the raw form of powder may not be safe. However, processed single-layer graphene like graphene fibers is total safe and is certified by the IGCC and the OEKO-TEX100 HILU blanket is safe for both babies & adults

What does the warranty include?

When we developed HILU, we were determined to bring a new standard in the sleep industry. Who said 10 years warranty only applied to only mattresses?

 

All of our HILU have a 10-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects and a 1-year limited warranty on damages when purchased directly from myhilu.com. For one year following the date of your purchase, if you experience any manufacturing defects, you will be covered under the warranty. We will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the specification purchased. This includes all components of the product, and no other fees will be required. The collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed at no cost to the customer. 

 

The HILU limited warranty covers the original purchaser of HILU for the term specified (one year) in the United States. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from myhilu.com. 

Can I machine wash it?

Yes, absolutely! Each HILU is made with 4 loops in each corner to make sure it can secure your duvet when you need it. However, for best results, we highly recommend using HILU with direct skin contact.

Can I use it with a duvet cover?

Yes indeed! Hilu is super simple to care for. Just toss the blanket into the washing machine and air dry the blanket once the washing is done. HILU will just stay as cozy and soft even after 10 years of usage

Can I return it?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Customers will be liable for the return shipping. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. To start a return or exchange process, you can email us at support@myhilu.com, and we’ll send you the instructions on where you can obtain your shipping label.
