All of our HILU have a 10-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects and a 1-year limited warranty on damages when purchased directly from myhilu.com. For one year following the date of your purchase, if you experience any manufacturing defects, you will be covered under the warranty. We will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the specification purchased. This includes all components of the product, and no other fees will be required. The collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed at no cost to the customer. 

The HILU limited warranty covers the original purchaser of HILU for the term specified (one year) in the United States. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from myhilu.com.

Yes, absolutely! Each HILU is made with 4 loops in each corner to make sure it can secure your duvet when you need it. However, for best results, we highly recommend using HILU with direct skin contact.

Must have duvet cover

Blanket is a great sleep. But surfaces snags very easy. Rough toe or finger nails catch threads on surfaces. Needs middle loops in addition to corners for cover securement. Cooling effect greatly reduced with cover added. Would be nice in smaller travel or child size. Twin size is a little too large for casual use.

Won't do that again...

I was running behind last Sunday and didn't get the Hilu washed to put back on the bed, so I went back to our old comforter, not thinking that much about it. I didn't sleep for 4 day....tossing and turning all night, sweating and then freezing. It finally dawned on me...could it really be the blanket??? Washed it yesterday, got the Hilu back on the bed and slept like a champ last night. I dont think it is a coincidence at all, and I'm ordering a second one for backup. I LOVE this blanket!!
